Genealogy is a biography of non-famous or everyday families: who they were, where they came from, where the're going, how they got there and what they've done. How did they contribute to history and how did history affect them? Genealogy is history of a particular family in a particular time at a particular place. Perhaps my family shared their time and place with your family. On this page I'll provide a little information about who I am and what inspired me to do this research. I hope to provide information that will be of value to other genealogists and historians. Boy, is this ever a work in progress. I am just starting, July 27, 2001. So keep coming back. |
