Bishop Pilander Chase founded Jubilee College,
an Episcopal seminiary, in Peoria Co, IL. He had
also founded Kenyon College in Ohio.
My mother's paternal lines - Freeman, Mayo and Ingraham
were all related in some way to Bishop Chase and they
all participated in the college as ministers, students,
or workman. |
